Do I look accostable to you? I came back from my first lecture on database applications for the web, where I’ve been told I have to build an e-commerce site (online shop) or an e-journalism site (news/blog) from scratch using ColdFusion within about 14 weeks - That’s gonna be fun - and on the way home I was stopped twice.

The first time was by a Mormon for the 73rd time since I’ve been at uni. How many are there in Leeds? It’s ridiculous. I’m not Christian and if I ever did decide to become one I certainly wouldn’t go for the Church of the Latter Day Saint. Do they really think that by wearing a suit and tie and walking up to people they’re going to get people to convert? If you ask me, they’re a bit deluded in that respect.

The second time I got stopped was by this guy looking for a road I forget the name of. Not that it matters because I didn’t know where it was anyway, but after I told him this he then went and questioned if I had a job and then if I would like one. Luckily I remembered what I’d been told about not taking candy from strangers. Candy and jobs are the same kinda thing, right?

Other things to report, Tim’s been super-sweet. I don’t want to say what it is, but yes, he’s lovely.

Also, I’m coughing up to keep Angry (Feet) going because a lot of people will seemingly miss it, Tim included, and because it’s just super-fun to do. I think I might have another re-design of it and this time use a lovely database application to make entering things easier. In other words, it might take a while cos I know little to nothing about server-side computer languages yet but it’ll make my life easier once it’s made and uploaded.

I recall promising Mock The Week icons. More of these tomorrow.
