So since approximately 3pm I’ve been watching Mark Watson’s latest 24 hour show over the Internet. It’s been fun, especially when squeeing and pointing out the people there that you know; I’m looking at you Kirsty, Blake, Sarah, Jono and Lexxie. And whilst I am confined to my bedroom to watch it, it hasn’t detracted from my enjoyment due to the interactivity posed by the website and the ability to e-mail and text two people in the audience. Oh, and talking about online with other people has also increased the fun I’ve had because I’ve had someone to squee about Sammy to, and general stuff like that.

I was thinking of going just now due to the fact that there are technical issues with the main feed cos it was only showing one frame every 2 seconds with no sound and that’s no way to watch it is it? Personally I blame the Australians as it happened once they’d all woken up of course. It seems that the second camera’s working though but the quality isn’t as good as the image is more pixelated and it tends to cut Mark’s head off, or just doesn’t show him at all, which is something of a shame but I dunno, I think I’m hooked and can’t bear the thought of going to sleep to miss out on this.

It probably sounds stupid to most people but there is something ultimately endearing about these shows and if you’ve ever sat through one in its entirety as I have then you’ll totally understand the attraction.
