I’ve been out today. Of course this was not before Dad decided to have a go at Mum for not doing something that he wanted doing the very second he asked it to be done. He just expects us to drop everything and pander to his every whim and then he complains that other things don’t get done.

So yes, we headed out to Marske today to see my mum’s cousin, Lynne, to sort out some stuff that their other cousin Eleanor had given them as she didn’t want it any more. Clearly I wasn’t going to be interested in any of this so I was tech support for all of five minutes fixing the same problem that we fixed last time. To be fair, now we know it’s the same thing that happens each time it should be easier to get it sorted. It’s the wire from the modem to the router or the router’s socket for said wire that’s the issue if you’re really interested.

That done I decided I’d go out down to the beach as it was a reasonable day. I quite fancied taking Lottie for a walk but she was dead to the world so I just went with Hamish instead and took a stupid amount of photos of nothing. If anything, it’s taught me that I need to brush up on my landscape photography skills as my composition and stuff is appalling but then again, full-frame photography is more my thing, which is probably a habit I should try to break as it means my stuff will have more variation than it just being a series of close-ups of things.

To close, I feel I should use a call-back and talk about me going through my photos from today. I was quite happily tweaking them when my dad comes in and tells me to come sort out his computer, like I have nothing else to do with my time.
