As I wrote yesterday I have been and bought pretty much all the tickets for Edinburgh and so now you get the list of names: Will Hodgson, Lloyd Langford, Sammy J, James Dowdeswell, Matt Kirshen, Ali Cook, Jon Richardson, Richard Herring, Andrew Lawrence, Andrew Maxwell, Pete Firman, Mark Watson, Axis of Awesome, Rhod Gilbert, Alun Cochrane, Ed Byrne, David O’Doherty, Jason Byrne, Otis Lee Crenshaw, Barry and Stuart and Just A Minute (12:15 show).
I’m not entirely sure how successful my transaction’s been as there was a bit of a faff on adding them all to the basket and then the e-mail they sent makes no mention of the fact I’ve bought a mix of concession and full tickets. Still, at least I didn’t run into the bug that many people did and have my shopping basket empty for no apparent reason. I just don’t understand how such a big organisation could get something so integral to their running so wrong.
More monies was spent on more tickets, this time for Edinburgh previews for shows I’ve already paid to see there. I must really like these comedians. And to be fair, I do. I’m off to see Jon Richardson and Andrew Lawrence at Hilarity Bites, which is in Darlington and I’m dragging Alick and my mum along with.
I have also just this minute bought two awesome t-shirts: [t-shirt 1] [t-shirt 2]. Told you they were awesome.
Something I did do for free today was take photos of one of our squirrels. I say ‘our’ cos they’re the closest thing we have to a proper pet bar our perpetually upside-down fish (we suspect he has swim bladder disease). They’re just brilliant for taking photos of cos they have so much character. My only discontentment with them is that they’re grey and not red but I’m not entirely sure if we even had red squirrels to begin with.
